I have worked over 200 weddings in the last 10 years.
From the ceremony, to the cocktails, dinner and dancing, each part should be handled with care to make the whole day memorable. I use data from Billboard Pro to research charts and keep abreast of the latest music.
I"ll be working with you from the pre-ceremony music to the
last song of the event to keep the vibe in line with your requirements. Bringing together 2 families in a social setting can be challenging, but that's what makes it fun! Included is an extensive music library stretching from the 40's through today, and any requested songs on the planning form will be provided.
Typically these parties require a 3 location set-up. One for the ceremony, one for the cocktail hour, and of course one for the main reception. For the ceremony and cocktails, you'll be provided with battery powered systems that can be used anywhere without limitation. Wireless devices can be used during the ceremony for officiant, bride & groom, readers, singers, and musicians amplification, along with a digital music player.
A $100 deposit is required to hold the date of your event.
The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the party.
You will be sent an invoice detailing all charges.
You will not be billed for any travel or set-up/break-down time.
All major credit cards and Paypal are accepted.
